I don't know dude, does this place looks like a gourmet dining restaurant? Street food does not really emphasize on food presentation, more towards its taste and surrounding. And the cooking area is not dirty, it just messy. Very normal in busy street food restaurant. Also I can say that people like you are the type that cannot appreciate culture differences. Very close minded. Different places got different food, presentation and taste.

It's street food. Theres no need for neatness. I agree that the cooking area is messy but you can get 'neatness' in a proper restaurant, not at streetfood shop, usually.

It is murtabak/martabak, not an omelette. Also this is a mamak (muslim indian) restaurant so of course the food are made by indian (or mamak as we call).

He does not handle raw meat so its fine. Plus using gloves is hard and takes time to finish the food. You don't really need gloves to prepare food as long as your hand is clean. Even most high-end restaurant does not wear gloves to prepare and cook foods. As they say, there are no such thing as 'clean' food.
